A change for the better
I am hoping this will all now change. I went for a run today for the first time since April and although it wasn't that far I feel I can now get back into it and go for the half marathon next year. A girl I work with at the moment(another medical student) is also keen to go running with someone and I hope that this will be another driving factor. This, together with my rugby training, weights training, etc., should be the start of a big change for me.I have also had quite a significant change in another part of my life.
Recently I have felt the need to be with someone, and after three years of being single this really has struck me as strange. I get the feeling that this has something to do with all my schoolamtes finishing their degrees and moving on with another stage of their lives. Maybe I need to do the same. Who knows....?
